1. Click on the “question mark” icon in the upper right-hand side of the screen:

2. You will be directed to the Knowledge Base. Click on the menu icon in the upper left-hand side of the screen to expand the menu:

3. The Knowledge Base menu will be expanded. Click on the Customer Portal section:

4. The Customer Portal portion of the knowledge base will be expanded:

5. Select the desired category and search for the appropriate article.
